Past Board Chairman William E. "Willie" McDonald Honored with Sage Award
Past Foundation President Willie McDonald honored with an annual Sage Award from the Nashville Council on Aging for his volunteer work with MVF, the Hermitage, and the Convention Center Board of Directors. The award was presented at the annual luncheon on September 24, 2009.

Our Golden Cross Tradition Benefits McKendree Village Residents
May is a special month at McKendree Village because it is "Golden Cross" Month. Each May, the McKendree Village Foundation sponsors the Annual Golden Cross Offering to help fund the benevolent care services for McKendree residents. This special offering, traditionally held on Mother's Day, is conducted in cooperation with hundreds of Middle Tennessee United Methodist churches in the Tennessee Conference.
This tradition has been going on for more than 80 years. Please be a part of this wonderful tradition and give with a cheerful heart! Thank you!
